On January 14, 2022, the American Consumers Association released a related review report on e-cigarettes.

The risks and benefits of vaping and tobacco users are investigated and detailed in this report.

In the report we can see the following conclusions:

1. Although e-cigarettes and e-cigarette products are not completely safe, it is certain that e-cigarettes are much safer than traditional tobacco, with studies showing that they are 95% safer

2. When used for smoking cessation, e-cigarettes are twice as effective as other nicotine substitutes

3. Over-regulation of e-cigarettes will discourage smokers from using this safer alternative and even push e-cigarette users towards tobacco

4. Over-regulation of these safer products can have serious health consequences for consumers
